Bible studies

There are currently three Bible studies; feel free to attend any or all.
Mondays, 6:45pm - What Is Church? A look at the church today through the New Testament. Currently meeting at Doylesburg UMC.
Wednesdays, 10am - For the Love of God: The Epistles of John. A study of 1, 2, and 3 John. Currently meeting at Concord fellowship hall.
Wednesdays, 6pm - Revelation. A study of the Book of Revelation. Meeting at Carrick. |
Veteran's Day Service
|
November 13th will be a special Veteran's Day service at Spring Run UMC at 9am. The Fort Loudon and Dry Run American Legions will be involved. All veterans and active duty personnel are cordially invited as we gather to honor these dedicated men and women. |

Laurel Grove's annual Evening of Music and Praise

Get here early on September 17 or you might have to sit up front with the musicians! The program starts at 6:30 and will be followed by refreshments and fellowship. |
Carrick Consecration Service
|
May 1st at 4pm Carrick will hold a consecration service. All are invited to attend. The district superintendent, Rev. Dr. Timothy Baer, will join us and host the communion service. |

Our Parish special Lenten services are as follows:
March 9, 7:00pm - Ash Wednesday at Laurel Grove
April 17, 9:30am - Palm Sunday service at Spring Run
April 21, 7:00pm - Holy Thursday service at Doylesburg |
Ministerium Lenten Services
|
Valleys Parish participates in the Path and Amberson Valleys Ministerium Lenten Services. The services are Tuesday evenings in Lent and Good Friday.
